Dear God, can I have.......A LOT!!!!

P.R.A.Y......Praise, Repent, Ask and Yield.

This week on our lesson in prayer, we learned how to ask. It's certainly easy to ask God for something, at least it is for me. But asking in a way that is not selfish, isn't as simple.

1 John 5:14 NIV states: "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." (this is the Bible memory verse...hint hint)

It's a good thing to ask God for the things we need and want, but more importantly, to talk to God about what He wants for us. When you are in need, talk to Him!!! He might not answer your prayer the way you thought He would, but He ALWAYS, ALWAYS answers!!!
